05.01.2022 Commercial roller shutter had burnt out motor. Replaced with new Grifco motor, realigned slats tensioned springs and had new 3phase power supply installed. Door and motor ran like a dream when we finished and saved the client thousands by not having to replace the door which will now probably last another 20 years.
