09.01.2022 Most of us know where we’re sleeping every night- the comfort of our beds, soft pillows, warm doonas.. in the safety of a bedroom of our own. This is simply not the case for way too many people. Imagine having no idea where you’ll spend the night.. choosing a place that’s hopefully safe, warm, dry... maybe the options providing none of the above. ... Today is World Homeless Day.. Andi is participating in the Shed Your Bed fundraiser to raise awareness for the growing problem of people sleeping rough on the streets. Tonight, she will give up the comfort of her bed in hopes to relate in the slightest way possible to so many who face this uncomfortable situation every night. If you’d like, you can donate to the cause. Proceeds go towards this cause- Food For Free makes no profit. Andi (and probably Tex!) is excited to participate tonight, more than willing to shed her bed for this worthy cause.
