25.01.2022 Elsa had such a wonderful time at Adriana's 4th birthday party today! Adriana and her friends made princess crowns with Elsa, got special temporary tattoos and party favours, and sang and danced to Into the Unknown! Thanks for inviting Elsa to your party Adriana! And that's our last birthday party for the year, with just a couple more other events tomorrow! Thank you everyone for the support once we were able to start appearances again after COVID. 2021 is set to be a big year for us with many events already booked. So if you're wanting an appearance next year, let us know the date and time as soon as possible so we can save the day for you! 13.01.2022 We'd like to apologise to everyone who came to the Cotter's Market to see Emma perform. There were musicians playing music in the stage area throughout her whole appearance time so she wasn't able to play her music. We're very sorry! Remember all of our characters make appearances all around Townsville and surrounding towns regularly, so keep an eye out for more Emma appearances in the future!

While our next major round of auditions won't be until December, we're always on the look out for actors who can portray Elsa and Ariel. 09.01.2022 In accordance with Queensland's new guidelines, we will be starting back with our party services beginning May 15. Our characters can attend a party at your home with a maximum of 5 guests (including your performer) or a party in a public space such as a park with a maximum of 10 people (including your performer). So please feel free to go ahead and book in an appearance with us! If you have an appearance already booked from the 15th of May, we will contact you to determine ...whether your party meets these guidelines. During these parties, social distancing and personal hygiene measures will need to be observed. To further minimise social contact we will also only be providing the shorter Party Appearance package and not the longer Party Experience package. If you've missed out on having a party with a character appearance over the last couple of months, remember our characters can also do special home visits just for your little one/s! See more

07.01.2022 Update: The Australian Government has now advised that children's birthday parties are to no longer take place. If you have booked an appearance for a child's birthday party, we will contact you to inform you of the cancellation and to process any necessary refunds. We won't be cancelling all current bookings at this time, we will contact you closer to your booking, in case these measures are lifted closer to your booking. We will continue to take new bookings, however please keep in mind that we may eventually need to cancel your booking, even if it is booked for months away - we don't know how long this will last.

They felt right at home with all the beautiful Frozen decorations and had so much fun doing lots of different craft activities with Alanna and her friends. 04.01.2022 Just a little update as restrictions start to ease! Please remember that restrictions on social gatherings have still not been lifted. We know there's lots of people ready to throw their little ones a party but we cannot yet attend them! Feel free to still book in a time and date with us in case restrictions are lifted, but we can't know for sure when that will be. Once we are able to have non-family visitors to our homes again, keep in mind one of our other services that may... be of interest to you, especially if you've missed out on having a party; home visits! Most of our characters can come to your home for a very special visit with your little one/s! Generally the character will bring along some colouring ins or craft activities, but it's really up to the child/ren what they want to do! Some children like to show the character their toys or play a game with them or just sit and have a chat with them! However, home visits at this time may look a little bit different; social distancing and personal hygiene measures will still need to be observed. Sadly this may mean no hugs or high fives. Home visits cost $25 per 15 minutes (so 30 mins = $50, 45 mins = $75 and so on). A birthday present from the character is an extra $5. See more
