14.01.2022 FAPSTC is commencing a project to profile the different administrative roles which support the work of lawyers and legal practitioners. We are interested in understanding what those roles entail, whether they differ between legal firms/agencies and the impact of technology on job functions. We are also seeking clarity about the training, skills and experience valued by employers to maximise employment opportunities for those wishing to work in the industry without a law degre...e. A final report will be distributed to secondary school students as they consider options and pathways to employment within the sector. We would like to hear from lawyers, legal practitioners and administrators working in support roles within firms/agencies to inform this work. If you would like to be involved, please contact Anna Thomas on [email protected] #legalservices #legalstudies #legalstaffing #vocationaltraining
