The majestic Avoca River is located at the back of the property and is fully fenced. The playground is a 2 minute walk away and located on the banks of the river. An easy stroll or ride for the kids. Avoca also offers a public pool in the Summer months.

Perfect for 10 people. 1 Bedroom with King Bed and ensuite. 2 Queen Bed rooms. 4 Single Bunk Beds. 1 large family bathroom with huge bath. And Indoor and outdoor seating for 10. There's also A Webber BBQ. An essential Coffee Pod Machine [we know you'll need it]! New appliances. A large parking area for multiple cars. A large enclosed outdoor area which is safe for kids, and Games / Books/ Toys / Magazines.
