It doesnt have that strong protein aftertaste which is what puts me off shakes and makes me gag Ive been having like less than 50g of protein everyday for the past 5 weeks and im becoming a fragile spaghetti stick these shakes are gonna get me back on track!!... How sinful Hot tip :One of the keys to using whey in cooking is to use a 'moisturiser' in your pancakes, cakes or muffins, such as yoghurt or bananas. This helps ensure you can keep the moisture in your food and prevents it from coming out dry and rubbery... Recipe and original post below Repost from @affinity.foodandfitness Try out this kick ass pancake recipe from @homemademart I tweaked it a little and added @fareastalchemy Taro Milk Tea Protein!!!! You read that correctly! Where my boba fam at??!!!! To get this effect I added 2 tsp of protein at a time to the mix to gradually get darker! These pancakes are super fluffy and easy to make! Heres what you need: 1 cup Flour 1 1/2 scoop @fareastalchemy 1 1/4 tsp Baking powder 1/4 tsp Baking soda 1/4 tsp Salt 1 cup Yoghurt 2 Eggs 2 tbsp Coconut oil 1 tbsp Stevia 1. In a large bowl, add your dry ingredients and whisk until it is well incorporated. 2. In a separate bowl, mix yoghurt, coconut oil and eggs together. Then add it into your dry ingredients 3. With a lightly oiled nonstick pan over medium low flame, scoop 2 tablespoons of batter for 1 minute each side. 4. Add in 2 Teaspoons of Protein to the mix after each pancake as it gradually gets more purple. 5.
