Milawa Cheese Company had prepared for th...e usual big summer trade, but due to the fires, only about 10% of the usual trade visited. They had prepared for the typical onslaught and are now in a situation where they are struggling. To help this small cheesemaker, we have decided to include three of their cheeses in our February pack to give immediate assistance to them and the farmers who supply them. We have bought up big because they are important to Australia. You can directly help them buy buying our February Cheese Club Pack. Packs leave us the week starting 10 Feb.
