23.01.2022 Hope you received the news that the Farmers Market @ The Old Cheese Factory is not operating as the City of Casey have closed the premises down due to the Coronavirus. The Bentleigh Farmers Market is operating at the East Bentleigh Primary School in Bignell Road East Bentleigh this morning with most of your favourite stallholders in attendance. 23.01.2022 Hi Everyone! The Berwick Farmers Market is trading again this Saturday at the Old Cheese Factory Homestead Rd Berwick from 8.00am 12.30pm. Heaston Estate has a variety of red and white wines, special offer for Saturday, free delivery to customers who can’t make it to the Berwick Farmers Market, can order online www.heastonestate.com.au or phone orders, Wendy, 0417 329 460 or Bruce, 0477 045 577. A Spring special is an unoaked chardonnay, cleanskins 2018, $10 per bottle, $5...5 for 6, $100 for a dozen. New stallholder is The Ministry Of Chocolate with an assortment of gourmet chocolate bars and confectionery including rocky road, honeycomb chunks, and a whole lot more, great for the sweet tooths. For those that like organic food, Thriving Foods Vegetables is now a certified Organic Vegetable grower. Thank you all for supporting the farmers market!

16.01.2022 Hi everyone! We apologise for the date mix up in our previous post. Our next upcoming market is Saturday the 12th of September! As per our previous market, our COVID guidelines still remain:... 1. The farmers market is not a social event, we kindly request one person per household. 2. Different stallholders have different setup configurations, previously where multiple customers could enter a marquee, only one customer at a time in a stall marquee. 3. Fruit and vegetable stallholders with open displays have been requested not to allow customers to self-serve, customers point and watch, stallholders pick. 4. 80% of stallholders have credit/debit card facilities, all will accept cash 5.Hand sanitiser will be available at the market entrance and some stallholders will have the same. All facilities at The Old Cheese Factory site is closed except the Farmers Market site including parking. The toilets are also closed, however onsite our Farmers Market Management have keys in case of urgent requirement. Mobile numbers for those requiring assistance will be on display at the toilets. 11.01.2022 Good news everyone! We are back! The City of Casey has reconsidered their previous decision to close down the market site, and have given us the approval to recommence the Berwick Farmers Market. We will be open on Saturday 8th August! Like all farmers markets currently trading, strict COVID-119 protocols will be in place, including hand sanitiser available at entry points, 1.5 metre social distancing to be observed and the market will be well spread out to allow the one in ...four-metre distance requirement for outdoor customer attendance. We hope to see you all there!

You can expect Ken & Hilda Vegetable Truck, Brasserie Sourdough Bread, Willow Zen eggs, Thriving Food Vegetables & Eggs, Kingfisher Citrus Fruit Truck, Blue Bay Cheese, Nicholas Olive oil, Linda Sell apples/pears Gourmet Pies, Yarra Valley Berries... and more! Our list of exciting new stallholders include Maffra located Dalrose Beef Farm with fresh cuts of beef, Lockton Gourmet Sausages with 22 varieties of sausages, La Villa Smallgoods, products include, smokey bacon, Frankfurt’s and hock, Gordon located Harmony Garlic, award-winning fresh garlic varieties and garlic added products including garlic salt, Primal Alternative with baked products including vegan, wheat-free banana bread, Pippa’s Kitchen, frozen ready to eat meals including, beef lasagna, meatballs, shepherds pie and vegan spicy red tofu curry. The VFMA Accredited Farmers Market industry is still trading though, and many other Farmer's Markets will still be open. ...
