25.01.2022 Vanessa has hit the road to Adelaide this afternoon to deliver a side of beef to a return customer. We have the other side split into quarters and frozen ready for their owners over the weekend. A big thank you to Percy at Mercers Meat Store for once again dressing out our steer and packaging it ready for its owners.

23.01.2022 2 x1/4 of beef delivered tonight. Friday night we will be delivering a side to Whyalla. Very happy with the meat. The next vealer to be delivered next week is looking very good. Well muscled. Thanks Percy once again for dressing the meat for us.

18.01.2022 I would like to Congratulate my business partner Vanessa Lewis, most of you know her as she is the bubbly girl who does your meat deliveries. This Saturday she will become Vanessa Woods, that is why things have been a little quiet here as we have been busy planning h er wedding. We do however have a side of beef available if anyone is after a side or quarter, one side is heading to Whyalla so can deliver to Port Augusta or whyalla or any other region to suit.

There are 2 quarters going reasonably locally and one heading to Pirie if you would like to stock up on prime quality young beef for $10 a kilo please contact me or comment below.

13.01.2022 We have a good young beast ready to go. Taking orders now for fresh home grown beef. Approx 40kg a quarter ( please note this is estimate) apprx $400 delivered to your door on tray packs ready for freezing. Prime quality.

06.01.2022 Todays deliveries done. Another 2 quarters to deliver tomorrow. Orders are open for March processing. 3 weeks til the next one heads off. You can place your order anytime you like. Prices will be between 400 and 450 per quarter pending weights

04.01.2022 We have someone interested in a quarter of a beef if we can make up the other 3/4 we can do a January delivery. These are younger and would weigh in around 100 - 120 dressed weight for whole beast

04.01.2022 There is one quarter of beef available for delivery this Thursday/Friday pending your location. In that pack you will get all regular cuts, rump, t bone etc. Roasts, corned beef, sausages, stir fry, mince,soup bones etc. It will be an equal mix of fore and hind quarter. Delivered tray packed in 2 person serves. We only have one quarter available so it will be first in gets it. A deposit will be required. Excellent value prime quality grass raised unweaned vealer beef $390 for quarter inc delivery.

02.01.2022 Dropped the 3rd beast for the month at abattoir this morning. Hes looking good. There will be no more beef available until early March due to the demand we need to let them grow a little more. Once again we thank each and every one of you for your support. We love meeting with all you beautiful people.
