Here is a picture taken on Wednesday at Jonai Farms where we butchered our bull, James Bond aka 007. He was 24 months old and the carcass weighed 356kg! . 01.01.2022 How beautiful is this marbling! It is without a doubt the fattest and biggest cow we've butchered so far. . It was our 45 months old heifer Muffin, daughter of Oreo.
