New to the team, Jess is already making a positive impact with staff and valued customers alike with her knowledge of all things equine, extending to feeding and diet formulation , worming, injury and supplements. Born and raised here in the Valley on a dairy and beef farm, Jess has grown up around horses, riding since before she could walk. Once old enough she started competing at horse events and show jumpin...g. Today Jess still competes in show jumping and is passing on her passion to her two young daughters who are old enough to ride themselves. Jess also has a wealth of rural and agricultural experience having managed a store and team at another produce store where she formed strong relationships with many a local former before joining us here at Farmland Co. Jess loves seeing previous customers return to the store and share their success stories with a product or advice they had been given, and enjoys the satisfaction of someone she’s never met come in and ask for her because of word of mouth from friends. When Jess isn’t busy with her family at home, or helping our customers with their equine needs when at work, Jess has a penchant for singing herself hoarse at Karaoke.

03.01.2022 Indy-pendent woman This is Indy, customer service specialist and all rounder at Farmland Co. Indy is passionate about helping customers solve their problems, and achieve the best outcome for their situation.... With qualifications in veterinary nursing and performance horses Indy is an equine expert and has a background in horse breeding and racing. Amongst her proudest achievements are some special experiences, whether it be a stray pulling through the impossible, or the birth of a million dollar foal. Indy says seeing unfavorable situations turn around is a very humbling experience and I will always love seeing what can be achieved from simply giving a chance. Indy is a keen learner, and although shes fresh to rural retail, reckons that success comes from always learning, I have always been told you can never stop learning, every person you meet can teach you something. And if I can continue to learn that is a success in my book, she says. Since starting at Farmland Co, Indy has also learnt how many farmers and tradies love a good reality TV show, such as MAFS (Married At First Sight), even if they hate to admit. Were just happy weve got someone on the team who can talk it up with them and has the product knowledge to match.
