You might have met Pete helping out on the gate of the Bairnsdale football club each weekend or your grandparents may have met him through meals on wheels. Pete Farquhar has continued to support small businesses for the whole of his working career and refuses to shop elsewhere because of what might be a better price tag, so I ask y...ou to please support him. What’s more local then 70 years! So please, for all your plumbing, gas and appliance needs give Farquhar’s a call! With the seriousness of the recent COVID-19 and what we are preparing for in the next few weeks- and what will be on going for a while I can’t help but fear for my dad and his workers health and safety. Please respect and take into account that the people that come under the essential businesses all have families and are all just as nervous as us. Sanitise the area in which they are working in and talk to them from a far. We are all in this together.
