23.01.2022 During these cold winter nights, there's nothing better then steak with a creamy peppercorn sauce and a glass of Clare Valley Shiraz Steak with Creamy Peppercorn Sauce Ingredients: - Steak of your choice... - Farrell Shiraz - Beef stock - Cream - Green peppercorns, crushed Cook the steak to your taste then remove and rest while you make the sauce Make the sauce in the same pan add some Farrell Shiraz and simmer for one minute then add some beef stock and simmer rapidly until it reduces by half then stir through some cream and heaps of crushed green peppercorns.
