24.01.2022 Well done to the lads at the Farrier & Blacksmith competition at EKKA. Out of 19 teams they placed 2nd in the 3 Man Draught (Tony Blanchard, Tom Galloway & Mark Innes), Tom also picked up a 2nd & a 6th out of 30 other competitors in the Open class. Craig placing 3rd for his shoeing.

03.01.2022 On behalf of the Farriers Down Under team & our valued clients I would like to say a sad farewell to our little Welsh farrier Aled & his family as they leave us for pastures new in Ballarat - we wish them all the very best on the next leg of their journey. X As we say goodbye to the old I'll take this opportunity to introduce our newest recruit to our team. Tom Higgins has recently joined us. He is also a fully qualified farrier from England but has spent several years in South Africa. He looks forward to building up a good working relationship with our clients and their horses as he steps into Aled's shoes.
