16.01.2022 This weekend we call on our members to help support the Fassifern sports club. Netball has been apart of its success turning it from the bowls club to the sports club alongside 5 other sporting associations in the scenic rim. As many businesses will relate, our club has struggled over the covid-19 shutdown and need help reopening their doors. A Camp-out Challenge fundraiser will be held this weekend with a few already participating. Our president will be joining the campers in the cold for support and incoming challenges to complete. 13.01.2022 SPORT IN QLD UNDER THE MICROSCOPE Due to the latest Covid-19 situation and the closing of our borders, the Queensland State Government are warning that netb...all along with community sports is under the microscope. We are asking our netball families to continue to do the right thing Saturday when attending games and adhere to HDNA’s Return To Play Guidelines and not become complacent! Inspectors are carrying out random compliance checks at local Associations for adherence to the COVID Safe practices. Please remember to Register your attendance by scanning the QR Code on arrival and departure or use the paper Attendance Register sheets. Get in PLAY Get out! NO DOGS permitted on or around the courts. GCCC will issue on the spot fines. Spectators maintain a physical distance of 1.5m from each other and leave chairs at home to avoid social gatherings. Use the hand sanitising stations provided regularly. Stay at home if you are feeling unwell. Competition can be shut down if Return To Play guidelines are ignored. 05.01.2022 Sign up as a whole team or as an individual! Mixed netball is a fun and fast 10 week season! If you already play our women's netball 2020 season then your registration is only $40, new members fees are $60. As our women's netball season was delayed due to Covid our mixed netball season will overlap. Our first few weeks will be played at 7.30pm and then moved to 6.30pm.
