20.01.2022 Great common sense marketing ideas I found through Sally A Curtis on LinkedIn. Thought it was worth sharing. https://www.forbes.com//9-marketing-tactics-that-help-me/

18.01.2022 The power of SEO! I put a website together for a business middle of last year just so it had an online presence, then forgot about it. It went nowhere. 2 months ago, I decided I should review it and gave it a thorough SEO "going over." Forgot about it again. Checked on it last Friday. Result: ranking page 1 on Google. Surprised even myself with the short time frame. (https://yourbesttenant.com.au if you want to check it out)

14.01.2022 Hey Folks, since creating this page, I've been learning a little bit more about Facebook and how it works. I thought I'd share something I didn't know. When you 'like' a page, by default, you also follow it. Have you ever seen a page that says it has (for example) 120 likes and 120 follows? I've often wondered what the difference is between a 'like' and a 'follow'. When you 'like' a page, by default, you also follow it. Turns out you can like a page without following it, and ...vice-versa. At the top of a friend page, you will see a 'friends' and a 'following' button. The dropdown menu for 'following' gives you 3 options. 'Default' would normally be ticked. If you didn't want to see all the posts from that page, you would click on 'unfollow' You'd still be friends. There is a 3rd option, which is to 'see first.' What this will do is prioritise that page's posts above other pages. You can also 'unfriend', but still follow. This explains why 'likes' and 'follows' are not always the same. Just so you know. 12.01.2022 Hi folks. I'm part of a "Power Group" presentation at BNI Omni this Thursday. It will be of particular interest to Managers of public events (especially the big ones, or wannabe big ones) and Council Officers. Love for you to visit, even if you're not one of those.
