24.01.2022 Long weekend ahead of us and there are plenty of activities to do. We will be busy, 4 events in 3 days! Saturday we head down to the Nagambie Now festival for the Club to Pub swim. Traditional 1.1k swim with a new 600m swim event to complement the event. We then head back to Shepparton for the Shepparton Tri Club Aquathlon which is also endorsed as the Victorian State Championship event. Other enticer and over distance events will compliment this, with the weekend rounde...d to provide a Challenge Shepparton familiarisation program in prep for April. Sunday we are excited to service the inaugural Strong Bodies Burger Run in Geelong. Events of varying distances up to 15km and finishing at the local for a burger and pot! Our sort of event . We then head the Seymour for the annual Run the Course fun run on Monday, which now includes a 21k run to compliment the 18 hole and 9 hole runs. Such a great setting, soft ground surrounded by the wildlife and the finish line is decked out on the 18th fairway. What a rippa. Hope we see many familiar faces but also many new faces to support all these community events. Links to these events will follow. GIDDYUP

23.01.2022 Respect! Great job by everyone today. Colder conditions, a bit windy and challenging. But this brings out the best in racing and what we witnessed was truly fabulous. PB's, club spirit, support from family and supporters....we are forever thankful for our involvement in these events. From junior young guns, to competitors in the 'adult years'...such a reward to see the smiles, achievements and appreciation. Must thank Mat Tippett and his team on the services provided - b...ike mechanic services, merchandise expo (yes we want a Felt TT bike) and MC, transition specialist along with triathlon educator. Yeah we rant on a bit about how good country events are.... blah blah... but seriously, we are privileged to have awesome communities and clubs running these. Over the last 4 weeks we have done Bendigo Tri Club event, Echuca Moama Tri Club festival of events, Bridgewater Footy Club Tri events and now Swan Hill Footy Club Tri festival of events. They all support and cross promote each, and all continue to offer a great ...customer experience for all the family. The sponsors that get on board to make this happen must be acknowledged, and the money that gets put back into the communities of these vents is often overlooked. What a great feeling to be involved. 14.01.2022 First race of the 7 race season for Bendigo Tri Club today. Great turnout for the duathlon to kick off the season. Meady did his magic as commentator and the super slick operations from the crew once again was on show. Amazing how all hands work like clockwork and the park just comes 'alive' with action. Mini Kids, Super Kids, Enticer through to Short and long course. Next event is the Triathlon start -13th October, a great lead in to the Yarrawonga Festival the following weekend. 09.01.2022 Woowee!!! What a rippa but huge weekend!!! We have had great weather and great events, finishing with the Morrison’s Warf to Winery Swim this morning. Congrats to all the winners and to all who participated. Was fantastic to see all the smiling faces at the finish line and even hear from some who are now able to tick this distance of their personal ‘bucket list’ How good is it to have events back on the calendar?! Not only for the participants, its for family, supporters and engaging the whole community. Loads of sponsors have helped this grow into an event that now offers fun runs up to a half marathon run distance. Tremendous planning at detail level to pull this schedule together.... All starts with the Mini Tri & Chances for Children bike ride on Saturday evening followed by a relaxed outdoor dining experience. Today we provided a service to the Swan Hill Riverside Tri - Mini event with over 150 little champs playing the game of triathlon. And we did all this remotely. YES WE DID. The great team in Swan Hill used our new Racetec App and were able to easily record start and finish times on mobile devices. This all sync'ed beautifully to our world class softwa...re and results were streamed live at the same time. What a rippa. While this sounds too good to be true, it worked perfectly for the set-up they had and the number of entrants. All results can be found www.fastfinish.com.au.
