02.01.2022 14 days of juicing completed, and another half a kilo down. Not a big loss this week, as I had lots of social outings over past 7 days and did consume quite a few cappuccinos! Not that I had cut caffeine out this time, but I had been having tea when at home, so a bit of dairy this week. Still consumed juice only the rest of the time, and find it easy to do, and very rewarding, as still feeling great. Definitely will keep to the 28 goal, and probably beyond that!
