06.01.2022 In our May 2020 Fastlead alumni challenge, we posted our most difficult leadership question yet to the alumni network. The question is listed down below. The challenge asked how you would fire an underperformer on your team that you had ‘inherited’ from the previous leader. However, you had to make sure you are able to reassure the Head of HR that you had been managing your team member's performance appropriately.
