18.01.2022 We all get to the point where we need help. I have never met someone so dedicated and ALLIN to this experience which is why mat is crushing it! To all the fellas and also the ladies out there, mat used to drink every night, eat takeaway and crappy food with no knowledge of nutrition and the last thing he wanted to do after a big days work is train! 18.01.2022 WHAT IM ABOUT TO TELL YOU WILL SHOCK YOU I’ve trained probably close to 1000 people if not more over the last few years and I’m so amazed at how PEOPLE including myself in that time want to have abs and the body without doing any work. Without making sacrifices to the way they eat... Without being patient Without prioritising their time Without investing money into themselves All of the above and how vanity and the way they look becomes the priority.... guilty as charged myself BUT what I’ve come to realise over the last 12 months is that we need to start moving away from what is the typical fitness industry... Thousands of coaches including myself have said you need to be doing this strategy, this type of cardio and this strength progression..... take this supp, take that medication DO THIS DO THAT DONT DRINK blah blah buy myself ebook for $9.95 I moved away and towards this thinking many times over the last few years and while yes it does have its credibility and millions will argue and argue that this is what people need... I am starting to disagree! Whilst I still believe in many of the principles it is how they are portrayed and given to people that needs to change. IF I WAS TO TELL YOU THAT I CANT TRAIN the typical bro split or do any high intensity training and I still drink beers and have my guilty pleasures on a weekly basis and still manage to lose weight what would you say ? You might be jealous of those people and say it’s their genetics ? Your partly right but I can tell you I’ve been putting weight on for the last 3 months because of these reasons so it’s not that but what else could it be ? I know so many of you are probably grinding your teeth at jumping in the gym, frustrated you can’t lose weight.... But you don’t have to train in the gym, you don’t have to be robot follow the crazy meal plans.... Now what I can say is that you DO need to make some sacrifices but let’s face it, eating a mud cake a night and drink 2K of coke a day and getting shit faced every 2 weeks is gonna get you no where. WE NEED TO become more initiative with our bodies. I can’t train but I can be active, I can move more and I can be in tune with how much I eat. If I make good food choices 80/20 and I move more, be more active, try to get good sleep, drink lots of water and do lots of fun activities that help reduce my stress than I’ll probably lose some weight. MORAL OF THIS POST. Do more fun active things Stop the vanity and focus on keeping your body happy make some sacrifices but find balance if you’re lost invest in yourself and get a coach, and make it worth it! keep it simple, do things you enjoy and get to know your body a little bit better Always here to help. I know this will resonate with quite a lot of people! 16.01.2022 So meet cas... 2018 to 2020 Cas came to me in 2018 and how she has changed. She posted this today, that she finally hit her goal.... she’s 26kg down and is feeling healthier, fitter, stronger and more confident than ever before This was cas’s words I was the heaviest, unhealthiest and most self conscious that I’ve ever been, I was 85 not that there’s anything bad about that but I was extremely overweight for my frame and I was extremely unhealthy both physically and me...ntally and it completely broke me Fast forward to today and this girl has absolutely crushed it.
