01.01.2022 Dear Valued Customers Following with our stage one restrictions being lifted, we are pleased to inform you that Fast Wok will reopen for dine in start on monday 25th and take away service remains unchanged. Rules that we must follow Government : - You must leave your name/ mobile / address before dine in... - Family lives in the same house can combine tables - Family lives in different houses CANNOT combine tables Our first priority will be for Phone Booking customers: To avoid disappointment to all walk-in customers, we strongly suggest that you call and make a booking with us prior making your way to the restaurant. Also, we roll out a dine in time slot for table turnaround that makes it capped to 10 people at all times so it’s fair for all booking customers. Please see below:- 45mins for lunch slot: 1030am, 1115am, 1200pm, 1245pm, 0130pm, 0215pm 60mins for dinner slot: 0500pm, 0600pm, 0700pm, 0800pm (last call) Therefore phone booking is essential for all customers to make sure we have a sanitised table before we ready to serve. Also you can arrive early to order your meals, so we can prep for your meals before your booking time. When the tables are ready, your meals won’t be far off too! FAQ If I have a family of 4 - 10 people? - If you live in the same house hold we will have all your family members to be arranged to sit together in a combined tables ( if you happened to have a 10 people booking, YES, you owned that time slot!!!) - If you live in the different house, we will have to split your booking and sit at separate tables, but close-by. Walk-in customers: To make sure we compliant to the rules, we will always have 10 people capped at a time. This means: -... 1. We are now allowing up to 20 customers to dine in at any time. 2. We will be preparing more tables for indoor and outdoor usage. What’s UNCHANGED: - 1. Social Distancing inside restaurant queuing area, distance between tables. 2. Sanitisers will still be provided. 3. Booking and reservation for table remains priority to the restaurant. 4. Take away operates as usual. 5. Walk-in: Customers to wait or return to the restaurant if the current customers numbers are reaching 20. What’s CHANGED: - 1.
