23.01.2022 I'm getting healthier and have been searching for ideas and tips, and want to see if anybody is interested as well! The journey has been hard trying to work out what I should and shouldn't be doing to look after my health, especially with all the health challenges happening right now I was speaking to a friend of mine and they invited me to a group here on Facebook that's been amazing. I've had so many questions answered.... They give immune health tips, balancing hormones, supplement recommendations, recipe ideas and I love the community. let me know below if you want to be invited too!

09.01.2022 So I am trying to hit all my bio-markers for health to help build a strong foundation. What are biomarkers you say? There are 6 Water (for me it’s 3L a day) Nutrition hitting Macros & Micros Sleep (at least 7 hours a night) ... Exercise (10,000 steps a day) Reduce stress (calming activities) Stretching If we all do these things we would see a massive increase in wellbeing. I know it’s working for me
