14.01.2022 It was both a tough and an easy journey to go from size 16 to a size 10. Toughest is to lose the last 5 kilos as they say. But when I look back at how my wardrobe contents have shrunk in size I can absolutely see how much worthy it was to endure the mental wars with food, the sacrifices the tongue had to make and to let the mind conquer over matter. 13.01.2022 Is staying home making you heavier? Nope not on this diet. Ive lost another 1.5 kilos staying home and sticking to the plan. Even with the increase in calories including moderate amount of carbs and adding light exercise routine, Ive managed to now weigh 65.5 kgs which is 11.6 kgs down from 77.1 kgs when I first started this plan. 09.01.2022 I had promised myself that this page will be an honest reflection of my real weightloss journey. And to be very honest, life does happen and being humans we have our moments of weaknesses which if ignored can pile up so much that we can lose track of what we started, why it was important and what do we do to get back on track. So latest update is that having lost a good 14 kilos on the program, I had eased into step 6 with about 1500-1700 calories a day however this calorie c...onsumption was not from the good foods but the bad foods and bad timing. All in all in the last 4 months I gained 5 kilos which is not too bad and I always had the consciousness of drifting away from good habits. So here I am at 67.8 kilos today (lost a kilo since mindful eating again) back to step 2 of the program. Ill shar A few things I learnt from the previous weightloss journey on this insta account. H2O is your best friend & loo is your favourite place. Write every single thing you eat or drink. I use MyFitnessPal & a food diary. ... Small frequent meals. More Protein. Eat as much greens you can. It doesnt count towards your calories. Zero to low carbs. Have it for breakfast not at dinner. Replace sugar with Stevia. Stay active. Walk the or lift weight Commit yourself to a group of like minded people. Stay focussed. Falling is ok as long as you get right back up. Enjoy the weight loss journey and maintain it for life. Stay at home. Lose weight not your mind.
