21.01.2022 Fat Sam's is extremely excited to be doing the food for the Ladies Golf Day tomorrow at the Jabiru Golf Club. This is a great event held in support of the Cancer Council. $30 registration fee gets you a 6 hole ladies only ambrose, entry into a raffle to win a diamond and heaps of other awesome prizes and the below Canape menu. Many local businesses make donations or sponsor the event so that $20 of the $30 entry fee goes straight to the Cancer Council and the other $10 pays for the food. Come and join the fun and raise money for a great cause.

13.01.2022 Fat Sam's is hiring!!! Casual position available, between 25 and 30 hours a week to start beginning of April. Good rate of pay. Must be flexible and able to work wed, thurs and fri evenings every other week. Some early starts will also be mandatory. ... No experience needed as full training will be given, however knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards and good customer service is preferred. Duties will include food preperation and cooking, barista coffee making, cleaning and sanitizing in line with Fat Sam's Covid safety plan, waitressing and taking orders face to face and on the phone, cash handling and taking deliveries - some manual handling is required, so must be fit for lifting. The successful candidate will have smart appearance, good personal hygiene and a friendly manner. Exceptional customer service skills is a must. 04.01.2022 Some of the amazing food we made yesterday for the Ladies Golf Day. What a great day had by all. Fat Sam's would like thank miss Kristie Morrissey for donating her time yesterday to help make all this yummy food, it was a big day but we smashed it!

04.01.2022 Just to let everybody know, Fat Sam's will close for Christmas after pizza night on Friday 18th December. We will be reopening on Tuesday 5th January 2021. But dont forget Saturday 19th December is the Golfie Members Christmas Party. Come down for a feast and celebrate the end of 2020. It's been a crappy year for everybody so let's kick start the holidays in good spirits and eat drink and be merry. God knows we all deserve it.
