One salmon fillet per person Tsp minced ginger per fillet Tsp minced garlic per fillet Tsp honey per fillet Add lemon or lime to taste Lay salmon fillet on baking tray on baking paper. Spread minced garlic and ginger over the salmon. Be generous so that it covers the salmon like a coating. Drizzle honey over the salmon. This will help the salmon caramelise. Baking time will vary depending on how thick your fillet is. The standard rule of thumb is to cook for 10 minutes per inch of thickness which jis measured from the salmon’s thickest point.
