He told me that I require multiple appointments to achieve the colour I wanted, just so they don’t over stress and damage my hair in the process. He told me what to expect out of my appointments, and gave me a few rough quotes on pricing.A few weeks later, I was booked i...n for Tori today. Before we begun, she guided me through today’s process and answered so many of my questions based on care and maintenance - as I am completely new to this much lighter colour.It was a 4-5 hour process, and my hair lightened surprisingly well! I was very shocked and impressed to see the results! I didn’t expect it to become this light so quickly.Despite being lightened so much, my hair felt even softer and smoother than when I first walked in! Don’t even know how that’s possible, but Tori definitely did wonders to my hair!It’s still so healthy and in such good condition. I absolutely love it! She created such good depth and dimensions.
