25.01.2022 I’ve been doing a bit of thinking about doing posts of information about pet care. I get asked all sorts of questions, and I see posts from the community on other pages, about pet issues that could be easily avoided, and saving money from expensive vet trips. Looking after pets, is not rocket science, and with so much misleading information, it’s easy to get confused. Pet care is basic logic, and really just getting back to nature. So in the following weeks, I will post education information covering things like feeding, teeth, skin, etc.

15.01.2022 I would love to be able give a more frequent service and do deliveries to the regions covered on a fortnightly basis, instead of monthly. I also know many of our followers would prefer the same. No matter how much I love doing what I do, being a small family business, it has to be financially viable - the cost of fuel has tripled since I started. So for this to happen, the number of orders need to increase - a business can’t exist with only followers, but Customers. There are... so many benefits to our service - quality products, convenience, customer service, affordability, Discounts, etc, but the main thing I pride our business on, is You and your pet are more than just a number, if I haven’t got a product you want, I will do my best to source it for you - no other store does that, and I do care greatly about the health of your fur kids. Hence why I’m a great advocate for natural raw feeding, not the fresh meat you buy from Supermarkets - they are not fresh, they have been sitting in the fridge for who knows how long and laced with preservatives. Have a look at the back of the packet, you’ll see a whole list of numbers and codes - these are chemicals that are toxifying and poisoning your pets. None of my raw or fresh meat has any chemicals added. We preserve by freezing. This is the NATURAL RAW meat, pets should be eating, in alignment with their NATURAL diets, and they will thrive. So people, if you love your pet and want what’s best for them, if you want to feel like you matter as a Customer, and you want a more regular service, then please start placing orders and not just following. Since the first delivery date for Brisbane, Ipswich and Scenic Rim regions is falling on New Years Day, delivery will be on 8th January, and Somerset, North & South Burnett region being on the 22nd January. Due to my Suppliers also being closed from 19th December until 4th January, I also ask that Brisbane, Ipswich and Scenic Rim Customers please place their J...anuary orders by 13th December, so I can ensure everything you need is in stock before they close. These orders do not need to be paid for when being placed. Simply add January Order in the comment section of checkout, choose Offline/Manual Payment option, and you can submit payment by 5th January. 09.01.2022 Finally arrived back home, to our fur babies, after a long couple of days driving and completed the Burnett run. I love some of the areas we go to and the things we see. We certainly live in a beautiful country, but geez it’s dry and desperately need rain for the farmers - barren paddocks and some dams dried up. I hope to bring the rain with me next time but credit must be given to the Graziers up there - while there’s no food on the ground for the cattle, they are still fat, unlike the ones here. Looking forward to seeing all my Customers again, and hopefully some new ones next time, which is on 20th November.

02.01.2022 Offal contains most of the essential nutrients pets need. That’s why in the wild, it’s the first thing they eat. Beef Spleen and Beef Liver should form part of their diet, especially pregnant and lactating bitches and queens.

02.01.2022 After great consideration of reviewing the past few months orders, I have no choice but to increase the minimum order amount for the Free Delivery to the Burnett region, plus I’ll also be restructuring the Loyalty Discount program. Currently there is no guideline, like other places, where you need to spend in excess of $600 just to get $10 back, making our Loyalty Discount superior to most, plus they don’t give the same dedication and commitment to their Customers, as we do,... but sadly many are taking our service for granted, and we cannot afford to keep servicing the vast area as it currently is at the moment. We go out of our way to cater to each Customer, and we understand how much it costs to take good care of pets and that the economy is tight, hence why we have so many payment options, as requested by Customers.
