09.01.2022 Adam Karl, Men’s division. Adam has been practising Bikram Yoga for 7 years (with 2 kids and a knee reconstruction interrupting things along the way!). "I've found there's nothing quite like a Bikram workout for me. I decided to do comp after a couple of years of encouragement from Amy and Candice but also to push myself and get more involved with the yoga community."... One of the things we love most about comp is how it brings the community together. It sounds counter-intuitive, but training and comp is truly a supportive and encouraging experience in which you can explore new depths of practice. 08.01.2022 From our youth division We have Tahereh Fallah. Only 6 years old, she is the youngest yogi to ever take to the stage for yoga comp in Australia! Tahereh has been practising yoga with her Dad for the past 3-4 months on a fortnightly basis, and she says she loves yoga! She recently did her first "official" class and hopes to be in the studio regularly. She also hopes to be a Bikram Yoga Teacher by the time she is 12! We love how she smiles during her yoga and hope she sets an... example for other young people to get involved in yoga and enjoy all its benefits. Fantastic, Tahereh.
