Steaming the chicken really helps to keep the chicken soft and moist. Be sure to put some baking paper on the steaming tray before placing the chicken on top as this will help to keep the flavours you add on the chicken. 09.01.2022 Tip Don’t feel like you can’t eat out while you detox!! Just learn to choose the right foods. Some things that might help is choosing where you go more selectively, look at the menu before you go so you know there are good options AND so you know what you might order and don’t get there starving and make poor choices. Biggest tip is to choose fat over carbs.. skip that bread and ask them to swap it for avocado. You can make the cheese with unhomogenised cow's milk. 03.01.2022 Here’s a few things I’ve learnt over my time detoxing that I hope you’ll find helpful... Try choosing a magnesium pool if you can. If that’s not possible make a conscious effort to sit in a magnesium bath after to help eliminate the pool chemicals you’ve just absorbed. Remember we are detoxing to help reduce the toxic load in our body not contribute to it. We don’t need to stop living life but we can educate ourselves how to live in a cleaner and less disease ridden life and... world. You could also choose the sea over the pool too, lots of great natural minerals in there. Or if you’re like me and not a big swimmer try at least sit in the sun while you watch the kids or grand kids to get some of that lovely vitamin D. It will lift your mood and brighten your day. Even if it’s just 5 minutes. Ps the sun and magnesium baths are also SO good for those not so great detox symptoms if you’re not feeling so great! It WILL get better but support yourself to eliminate those things faster by doing these things #sun #sunshine #detox #magnisium #magnisiumbath #swimming #minerals #yourbodyneeds #feelgood #toxicfree
