21.01.2022 A super fast Highland Fling compared to today’s tempo, but those fast feet are still so neat! Over 60 years later and we still dance the same steps. Not sure if it’s harder to dance at almost half this tempo or at this speed!

Watching all these dancers, young and old, from around the world, showcasing their talents and their hometowns, makes me so very proud to be involved in Highland Dancing! I’m not sure if I’ve watched 456 Lilts yet, but I reckon I’m pretty close

11.01.2022 Grateful to live in a country that enjoys the freedoms and rights we do. Today we remember those who lost their lives during service to their country, and we also say a huge thank you to those still serving today. Very proud to have 3 veterans in the family. My grandfathers served with the Argyll & Sutherland Highlanders and the Gordon Highlanders. Dad served with the 4RAR Battalion in Vietnam.
