25.01.2022 NEW MERCIES The psalmist here reveals the password into God’s presence. When you have a praise-filled and thankful heart you have an instant access into God’s intimate presence. So no matter your where you are, no matter what your circumstance... physically or spiritually, when you whisper a genuine gratitude you are instantly translated into His very throne.

19.01.2022 Good morning FCF family! Join us today for our communion service.

18.01.2022 NEW MERCIES Jesus gave us the top priority: "Seek first His kingdom and His righteousness." If I am to seek first in my life God's kingdom and God's righteousness, then whatever I do ought to relate to that goal: which course I should in uni, where I work, with whom I spend my time, the one I marry, or the decision to remain single. Every decision I make ought to be filtered through the Matthew 6:33 filter.

17.01.2022 Happy Sunday, FCF family! Looking forward to having you join us for our worship service today.

17.01.2022 NEW MERCIES A construction worker working forty storeys above the city street depends upon a lanyard to keep him from falling should he lose his balance. He knows that the cable and harness will support him in an emergency. He must put complete trust in his safety equipment. That’s the picture of our safety in God. Only God can supply us with spiritual peace that brings about a much needed physical rest when our soul has become wearied of life’s challenges. #peace

14.01.2022 NEW MERCIES Animals can't sing. Neither can pews or pulpits or Bibles or buildings. Only you. And your melody is broadcast right into heaven live where God's antenna is always receptive. The Spirit-filled saint is a song-filled saint! #singpraise #joy #peace

13.01.2022 Happy Father’s Day! We celebrate our men today. Join us soon at 9:30am!

13.01.2022 NEW MERCIES Rejoice always. Decide to find joy in life in spite of the difficult circumstances you face. Pray continually, consistently and constantly. Don’t ever give up on prayer no matter how circumstances look. Give thanks in all circumstance not for the circumstance. When we choose to see the bigger picture of God’s plan for us we can’t help but give thanks. Rejoice, pray and give thanks...often...for this is the way God wants us to live our lives.

09.01.2022 How wonderful it is that God continually assures and reminds His people that we have the promise of eternal life through the gift of the Holy Spirit! This promise was made possible through God, who resurrected and accepted Jesus Christ, our wave-sheaf offering. So just as Ps Rudy spoke of yesterday, go ahead and wave with thanksgiving for His great provision. Wave, wave, wave! #blessed #firstfruits

06.01.2022 NEW MERCIES The Hebrew command "give thanks" is a single verb that means "to confess, praise, acknowledge, extol, thank." This is a picture of someone naming the specific reasons for gratitude, telling a story with God as the hero. We do this when telling a story about a particularly person who has impacted our life. We boast with details and heartfelt gratitude. We feel unable to say enough good about the person. Similarly, this "giving thanks" literally can't say enough about God, for who He is and what He does.

06.01.2022 Come, all you who are weary and burdened, and He will give you rest! #peace #hope

05.01.2022 Here are some church-family memories throughout the last few years of witnessing God's faithfulness towards us! #FCFat32

04.01.2022 NEW MERCIES Like many of the Psalm, Psalm 23 states its case in the first verse and simply verifies it in the remainder of the song. The key thought is this: Because the Lord is my Shepherd, I shall lack nothing! There is no uncertainty that should frighten me because He is for me and with me. #neweverymorning #Godsfaithfulness #peace

03.01.2022 Join us for our worship service!

03.01.2022 NEW MERCIES What does our heavenly Father want to develop in us? I believe the simple answer is found in Christ's own words. He came to serve and to give. It makes sense, then, to say that God desires the same for us...to serve and to give. Pride wants strokeslots of them. It loves to get the credit, to be mentioned, to receive glory, to have people ooh and ahh. At those tough times when you do the work and someone else gets the strokes, remember your role: to serve and to give.

02.01.2022 NEW MERCIES Seriously, when was the last time you overflowed with thankfulness? Thankfulness like this is not a one-off experience, it’s ongoing and abounding. Paul puts the word ‘overflowing’ in the present tense; he’s describing something that’s constant. It never stops. There is thankfulness today; there will be thankfulness tomorrow; there will be thankfulness every day right into an unending future. There is so much for which to be thankful.

02.01.2022 NEW MERCIES A rock can provide essential shade, always needed in the merciless sun and heat of the desert. It can provide shelter and protection in its cracks and crevasses. And it can provide a firm place to stand and fight, as opposed to sinking sand. Jesus is our eternal rock. A place of shelter and safety, and a firm foundation. #peace
