13.01.2022 Most of us have a ton of personal and financial info stored on our smartphone. . If the phone is stolen it's not just annoying; it can lead to home break-ins o...r even identity theft if that personal information is accessed. . To prevent this, make sure you have remote wipe capabilities set up for your phone so you can erase everything on it. . Every phone is different so refer to your manufacturer's website for directions on how to do this for your specific phone. See more

12.01.2022 The Mental Awareness Foundation has been very fortunate to receive so much support through the years. And for that, we thank all of you. This year, our mission ...continues. Through your help, we are able to support charities that work directly with different communities, raising awareness about depression and mental illness while supporting the preservation of life. We do this by delivering exciting and informative experiences and events - one being our flagship event: Walk for Awareness. Your participation in these activities - donating, volunteering, and attending - then support various organisations that work on the frontline of mental health support. It goes beyond the distance we walk and the events we do. It truly reaches far and wide, thanks to you. We've covered a lot, yet there is more to be done, and we hope that you continue to join us. #MAF #mentalawarenessfoundation #MAFwalk #selflove #speakup #support #mentalhealth #mentalhealthawareness #suicideprevention #seekhelp #findyourunwind #live #learn #love #QMHW #raiseawareness #mentalillness
