15.01.2022 ‘The Way Up’ Brisbane summit was a huge success. These women here, pictured with me and our two male coaches Tom @fox.f1tness and Steve @thewayupnutrition, spent the afternoon with us to learn - breathing techniques to enhance your training - making smaller circles (ie reducing overwhelm in this fat loss industry)... - great technique for squats, deadlifts and other important lifts - cueing tips to help them remember easily and much more. It was an opportunity for some of our online crew to meet face to face and enhance the support they can give each other moving forwards. Thanks to @inspirehealthservices for the fantastic gym!
