24.01.2022 To everyone who graded, everyone who came to support and to the administration team who put it all together, well done. The quality, respect and standard of the Taekwondo on Saturday was exceptional. Here is just a taste of the Black Belt grading and if this doesn’t motivate you to return or start, you need a pulse check! Thank you Colin for the awesome footage and edit. 23.01.2022 Make the grade, get that belt! The time for getting to training - and practicing hard at home is now! Instructors must finalise their grading lists by Friday 18 September. Gradings will be held across all clubs the following week. This first grading for 2020 will be an absolute celebration for us. See you at training!

21.01.2022 Grading Information - Gradings will be held during the last week of term. We will be running gradings in each normal class rather than at central locations. It will be essential that all grading lists are completed the week before so we have the weekend to do the administration. If you aren’t going to be able to attend class the week before, please contact your instructor to ask about readiness for grading because we won’t be able to add students to grading lists during grading week. A reminder that students require insurance cover and a uniform to grade. These can be organised through your instructor. We are rapt to be looking forward to our first gradings of the year. Train regularly, train hard and make sure that you are on that list!

19.01.2022 Hello all! Following is a list of grading locations for this coming grading week. We are VERY excited for the coming week! Perth - Monday Hadspen - Monday Riverside - Monday (Newstead combined) ... Exeter - Tuesday Latrobe - Tuesday Bracknell - Tuesday Westbury - Wednesday East tamar - Wednesday Door of Hope - Thursday George Town - Thursday Youngtown - Friday Dan Grading - Saturday Newstead college 10am Full uniform and belt, grading book (if you have one) and $25 fee are all that is required for grading. $50 for a junior black belt grading and $75 for a Dan grading. 17.01.2022 Grading week excitement is building with the first gradings being run this evening! Gradings tonight are at Riverside, Hadspen and Perth. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to register. Things to remember for grading:... *full uniform and belt *grading book/record (only if you have these from previous gradings) *$25pp capping for a family at $60 Unfortunately I can’t take a photo of the MOST IMPORTANT things you need, your love, passion and skills in Taekwondo. Please we ask everyone to remember and be mindful of COVID safe practices, hand cleanliness and social distancing during this time. We can not express enough how proud we are of this return to training from instructors and students, to parents and friends. Thank you all! 13.01.2022 Hey Team, for those attending George Town class this week we will have a slight change in venue due to the end of year Leavers Dinner event. We will be training out of Flinders Hall on the primary school side of campus. The main car park will be closed so students will need to use the Flinders Hall car park. 11.01.2022 Thanks to all who returned to Taekwondo this week. We hope to see more new and old faces next week! Some Important Admin Matters - Class Fees have not changed (see attached FAQs). Yearly registration & sports insurance is normally $25pp. The insurance company has not given a discount for 2020 but we are reducing the fee to $20. If you paid $25 earlier in the year, you will get a $5 refund. Insurance is due to your instructor by Friday 21 August. If you wish to order a uniform, please read the attached instructions. 06.01.2022 With the last grading yesterday afternoon at Youngtown, that signals the end of term 3 and a successful return to FnC Taekwondo. From all of the instructors; Ben, Sam, Nay, Lianne, Brandi, Bryce, Mark, Tanya, Hannah, Mike and Angela and from our administrator Rae we would like to say THANK YOU. We couldn’t be happier to be back. I will post an important update on classes running over the break and class resumption’s after the break on Sunday. Enjoy the break!

Dan grading date is set for the 19th of December. 10am at Newstead college Taekwondo hall on the mats. If you’re a CDB or BB speak to your instructor ASAP to express your interest in grading. ... 3. 04.01.2022 Grading list week coming up! Our instructors must finalise their grading lists by next Friday 18th for the gradings the following week. Your instructor will discuss your readiness for grading with you and place you on the list if you are good to go. Don’t worry if you need a little longer - especially this year! . Ensure that you have paid insurance and if you can’t make training for some reason this week, message the page for a conversation with your instructor about readiness for grading. Keep an eye out on the page tomorrow for confirmation of grading venues, dates and times.
