Kane has been in home’s kicking feeding therapy goals with his clients and helping them explore the food world through cooking and food/kitchen exp...erimentation! Kane started studing to be an Osteo and then switched teams to play for the food and health side. He has been studying a Nutrition Science Degree at Deakin, on his way to becoming a dietitian. 16.01.2022 Oh Emma you are a star! And you should be so proud of your work. Most nerve-wracking thing I’ve ever done in business? Hands down, its hire others and trust them to meet the level of care I pride myself on providing. My current team have blown all these worries away! The feedback from Emma’s feeding therapy clients is so glowing that it’s been rolling me through the whole weekend. And cemented for me that expanding my practice was the *absolute* right thing to do!... builds excellent rapport with children innovative and engaging sessions noticeable results in skill progression and food addition Emma was nervous coming back to dietetics after some time off travelling and working in an aligned health industry- but she needn’t have been- as we bring all these experiences with us when we practice. And her practice is THRIVING. Most importantly though - there are more children benefiting from what we do! 11.01.2022 Telehealth Feeding Therapy beyond COVID Some kids have absolutely thrived with online therapy! I think its because we're using their things in their house in their kitchens + they've not had to rush to appointments in clinics after school (we know they can be stressful), they've not had to wait in waiting rooms which can be bright and loud and they've been able to use all their sensory regulation tools and systems. ...
