22.01.2022 Home workout tip - Oblique twist. This is a great core training exercise for home and all you need is any object that you can hold on to, something 2-5kg is perfect. While sitting in an upright position and holding your object, bring your knees up to a bent position. Lean back until you feel your abdominal muscles engage to support your weight. Hold your object in front of you then lift your feet off the ground. While balancing in this position, move your object from one side of your body to the other. A heavier object or straighter legs will increase resistance in this exercise.

This date, time and details regarding restrictions are yet to be confirmed.As soon as we receive clarification, we will be contacting members with information regarding a set opening date & time, and any restrictions customers will need to adhere to in relation to usage and Covid Safety protocols. 04.01.2022 Home workout tip - Bench dip. This exercise is great for building strength in your triceps, shoulders and chest at home. It can be done on a chair, bed or any stable surface around the height of a gym bench. Start by sitting on the edge of your bench with your legs at a right angle. While gripping the bench, lower yourself off the bench until your arms are at a right angle as shown. Be carful not to over extend as this puts unnecessary pressure on your shoulders. Squeeze your triceps and chest to lift yourself back into the starting position. Extending your legs forward will create extra resistance if needed.
