11.01.2022 Coming next Month "Nutrition Packs" Healthy Eating Guide & Food Planning set up All clients to be successful in a fatloss journey need to do more then 1 day a week of exercise. The Australian recommendation in 30 minutes a day of High Heart Rate movements.... Food is a huge part of it. Go by the 80/20 rule 80% is food and 20% is exercise. Of course there are sooo many other factors that compromise this rule, stress, age and genetics to name a couple. But we are going to focus of Food next month the Good the Delicious and the sometimes. I'm not a dietician or nutritionist so I cannot meal plan for you, but I can run you though our dietary guidelines of good nutrition. Who's ready for a strong toned summer body?

Friday 9.15 Kostera Bands workout - Full Body Week 1 of the school holidays - No training Week 2 if there is enough interest I will run a Monday and Friday Class Remember if you need something extra I run 45 min PTs on a Saturday Morning 7-11am catering to your exact needs/wants. $40 casual sessions or 3x sessions for $100 Resistant Training cardiovascular Boxing

Start nightly walks, book in for your Saturday PT and make healthy choices. We’re in this together, we’re all working hard. Let’s smash them goals and make this summer your best YOU yet!

02.01.2022 Happy Start of Spring Although we aren’t seeing it so much today, it’s finally here! I just wanted to take the time, to Thank all of my Beautiful Strong woman who come along week after week, push through the pain and have a good laugh. I’m so proud of how far you have all come, your strength and stamina is unbelievable.... I love what I do because of you! So Thank You Just a few little updates $10 Classes are still running on Monday’s and Friday’s 9.15 -10am at Kostera Oval Personal Training sessions available on Saturday Mornings only $40 a session or 3x for $100 Partner workouts and Boxing available. School Holidays start at the end of the month, There will be no classes on the first week, and depending on interest we will commence classes from the 2nd week of the holidays Next month I will look at reintroducing our Wednesday classes, when the nicer weather picks up
