Writers SA and Feast Festival present the 2020 Writers SA & Feast Short Story Competition This competition celebrates the creative work of queer SA writers. Entries are open to short story submissions of 1000 to 3000 words, in any genre or style of prose. There is no entry fee.... There are two categories, for writers under 40 and for writers over 40. Entries are open to short story submissions of 1000 to 3000 words, in any genre or style of prose. Winners will share their stories at Rapid Fire Feast’s premier Writing Live event receive a $200 book voucher, a Writers SA pack including Membership, workshop vouchers, and a writing career consultation. Two highly commended entrants across both categories will also receive a Writers SA pack. Submit entries to [email protected] by midnight 31 October.
