17.01.2022 Hi everyone I’m back from my honeymoon and starting work on the 18th of January. I will endeavour to get through all the emails, voicemails and messages this week so thank you for your patience. I hope you all had a great New Years despite the terrible start we’ve had. Due to the government restrictions on so many businesses and the effects it’s having I’m implementing a new system from how I have previously operated. Everything is so uncertain and with all the specu...lations and new reports revolving around businesses enforcing vaccines on customer entry’s etc I’m not at all comfortable with coercion, so because of this as of the 18th of January I will no longer be offering packages which offer prepaid future treatments. That way there is no issues in the future if any of these new rules are implemented or effect myself or my customers. All treatments will be paid on the day of your appointment with the $200 holding deposit paid over the phone when booking, this is for all new and existing customers. Smaller treatments like brow wax’s and tints won’t require a booking holding fee only bookings for tattoo treatments where the time exceeds two plus hours. Anyone currently with touch up’s that are prepaid please ensure you call me months before to secure your appointment, the expiry date is 12 months from your first initial appointment. If you call after the expired date it’s no longer a prepaid touch up but requires more time and a full refresh. Thank you all for understanding.
