06.01.2022 Hi everyone. We are only days away from settlement on this house in Beaumaris that will be our next Feature Properties major project. Our plan is to demolish the tired old 1970's bayside beauty and replace it with 2 modern town houses. Design ideas with our Architect David Adelman. Getting excited!
