25.01.2022 It's been a busy week here at FEBC Australia as we approach our FEBC end of Financial Year on 30 September 2020. We wanted to take this opportunity to sincerely thank you for all your support over what has been a very unprecedented year. Thanks to your partnership and heart for mission, God has worked in powerful ways through FEBC especially during the Coronavirus pandemic. We have been able to respond to many opportunities and needs that have resulted in thousands of changed lives. We praise God for each of you and continue to pray many will be reached with the Good News of Jesus.
25.01.2022 I feel blessed listening to this program. I can meditate on the words of love and more importantly, it reminds me that whatever burdens I carry, I am never alone. Your programs and the voices sharing them bring me comfort. -FEBC Listener #TestimonyTuesday
25.01.2022 Thank you to our Australian supporters who have graciously supported the people of Ukraine in their greatest time of need. God bless you. - Victor, FEBC Director Ukraine #TestimonyTuesday
24.01.2022 Throughout COVID-19, FEBC has worked tirelessly to provide essential items like food and face masks to listeners in need. Photos from the field have recently been uploaded to our website: https://febc.org.au/covid19/
24.01.2022 Our work continues. In Kyrgyzstan, our team recently shared: Churches do their best to help. One church opened the door for sick people and now has become a temporary medical clinic. Christian volunteers help the sick A number of us are still continuing with live broadcasts, where we talk about the importance of prayer in these difficult times. We speak of faith and hope in our Lord Jesus. Our radio communicates life, true life in Christ. Please keep praying for us.
23.01.2022 As a follower of Christ, you want your life to make a difference for Gods Kingdom. But what impact will you make after God calls you home? 22.01.2022 Have you read our latest story in Eternity? COVID-19 has brought so many challenges, including isolation, to us all. What does this mean for the worlds protest communities? How can we share hope with millions during this time? Find out below
22.01.2022 One #radio can change a person’s life. Through the power of the #airwaves, that radio can bring critical information during times of political unrest. It can #educate and #empower women suffering domestic violence. It can educate and alert listeners on the ploys of sex traffickers, providing at-risk people the ability to protect themselves. And it can bring the life-saving message of hope found in Jesus to those who have never heard of him. One radio can reach an entire community with the gospel. Several radios can reach an entire region. Share the transforming gift of the gospel this Christmas; Gift a radio today. www.febc.org.au
22.01.2022 Please pray for the FEBC team in Kyrgyzstan, and for the local churches at work in this region. Pray for the safety and protection of the people of Kyrgyzstan and for peace to reign amidst the unrest. https://febc.org.au/kyrgyzstan-unrest-escalates/
20.01.2022 FEBC is working hard to support listeners through the Coronavirus pandemic. Our additional radio content in heart languages is covering topics on health, hygiene and social distancing to reduce the spread of the virus. For those living in poverty life is desperate and we have been inundated with requests for basic food items and online support
19.01.2022 FEBC Communications Manager, Tanya Pinto shares her reflection this Fathers Day. I would like to take this opportunity to wish all our wonderful FEBC fathers and their families a blessed and safe Fathers Day 2020. During COVID-19, it may not look like Fathers days of the past, but I pray you have the opportunity to spend time with or be loved in some way by your family today. 19.01.2022 5 questions with Senior broadcaster of FEBC Ukraine, Viktor Kurylenko https://febceurasia.org/news/5-questions "We have many intelligent, interested listeners who simply have no knowledge of the Christian faith. And the basics are beautiful: God loves you, you need to be born again, the Good News is a gift for you from God."
19.01.2022 FEBC Ukraine have been able to use emergency funding to provide hope and practical support to so many in need during COVID-19. Read the latest update here: www.febc.org.au/ukraine-support/
19.01.2022 Late last year we shared an urgent project to launch a brand new station in Chad, Northern Africa. 18.01.2022 A powerful reminder for us all this Sunday
18.01.2022 In Kyrgyzstan our teams are hearing of horrific cases of domestic violence. Women and even children are calling the stations desperate to speak with a friendly voice, for counselling support and unconditional love. FEBC is not only producing program content around these issues to inform and comfort listeners, but also providing hundreds of hours of online and phone counselling
18.01.2022 Our partners in the field are working tirelessly through the Coronavirus pandemic to help support our listeners. Your gift today will be matched by a generous donor and ensure millions of listeners continue to receive hope during COVID-19. Visit our website to find out more: www.febc.org.au/
17.01.2022 "When Paul was imprisoned and in chains, his liberty taken away, he knew all was not lost. If we were with him during that time, he would have reminded us, I may be a prisoner, but Gods word is not. I may be chained, but the word of God is not chained (2 Timothy 2:8-13). I love that thought, because that is what FEBC is for millions right now we are called by God to get the word of Jesus out to the world. His word cant be chained or limited regardless of whats happening around us. You simply cant stop the unstoppable nature of the Gospel." Read his full message here: https://febc.org.au/gods-word-is-not-chained/
17.01.2022 FEBC continues to reach many ethnic people groups with hope and the Good News of Jesus Christ during COVID-19. Please pray for our broadcasters who work tirelessly to reach many remote communities with specially recorded radio and online programs. Pray too that many more new listeners will find our programs on their devices.
16.01.2022 Talking about Jesus is not the only way to share the #Gospel. Sometimes, it’s through our acts of love and #compassion that the message of God’s love is heard loudest. FEBC sends this message of love to millions of people globally by providing urgently-needed food parcels, masks and medical supplies and seeds to the most #vulnerable communities. The wind-up or solar radios provided mean the families can hear #important broadcasts with health information and be kept up to date with important information about the #pandemic. Provide urgently-needed aid through your gift of Pandemic Relief today. https://febc.org.au/project-item/covid/
16.01.2022 Imagine a #gift that could traverse through heavily-guarded borders unseen, break into the most religiously-intolerant #nations and cover thousands of kilometres of inhospitable jungle. This is the gift of shortwave radio. Unrestrained by the conventions of normal travel, radio carries its messages over the #airwaves to people groups that would otherwise not be #reached. More than 2 billion people have never heard about JesusTwo. Billion. Help us reach the unreached with a ...message of hope through radio broadcasts this #Christmas. www.febc.org.au/project-item/unreached/
15.01.2022 For many women in Pakistan, access to any sources of media is still very limited. Many dont have a radio and live their lives in seclusion, taking care of the household, their children and often even livestock. Last year, FEBC supported the production of speaker boxes to specifically reach these isolated women and the results have been incredible. www.febc.org.au/pakistan-women/
15.01.2022 "We thank God for having our own radio which helps us to learn who He is. Many of us believed in charms and other gods, now that the truth has come, we need to abide by it. I, Mercy Akidu have decided to follow Jesus Christ since your radio programs have inspired me. I would like to share with you that Gods word has not left anyone, but is now within us. - FEBC Listener #TestimonyTuesday
15.01.2022 It is almost incomprehensible, a small dream 75 years ago would eventually reach half the worlds population with the Gospel. The impossible only became possible because God was in the centre. FEBC is, after all, Gods ministry, we are here to serve and were grateful you have chosen to partner along-side us
15.01.2022 A #voice with a powerful message, carried over the airwaves, transforms the lives of #women. We become a voice for all the women who cannot speak for themselves, Jaishree Francis, producer of a women’s program. Women’s #programs have saved the lives of many women experiencing domestic violence. Through the power of radio, these programs educate, encourage and empower women, giving them support, strength and a voice. Many times the domestic violence is also reduced because... the men are [also] listening to the program and they are understanding the bad side of it. Many times now they are treating #girls and #boys equally because they are understanding. Empower women and impact a #community through the gift of hope-filled programs now. Visit www.febc.org.au/project-item/women-2/
14.01.2022 With a sad heart we ask you to join us in prayer for Viktors family and our team in Ukraine

14.01.2022 A verse shared amongst our team this week. Let us not become weary
12.01.2022 I am a casual labourer. Due to lockdown there was no food at home. Even my neighbours did not help me. The shopkeepers refused to give me food on credit. But I am grateful that you came to help my family and many others. Thank you." #TestimonyTuesday Please keep praying for our listeners all around the world during these uncertain times. Many are desperate to find hope and do not have access to the resources we do.
11.01.2022 Whilst FEBC's primary mission is to bring the Gospel to the world through media, our field countries are finding themselves innundated with calls for basic needs including food. Our follow-up teams around the world are providing much needed assistance through food parcels, care packages and counselling.
11.01.2022 Right now, the people of Yemen are listening and responding to FEBC broadcasts, turning to Christ in their desperation and finding Him to be their hope. Praise God for the shortwave programs produced by mature Yemeni believers reaching many. Click Here to read more: https://febc.org.au/yemen-ministry/
11.01.2022 Living in a #remote region is isolating enough, without the extra #isolation of COVID-19 restrictions. In these hard-to-reach places, it became even more difficult for the life-saving #message of the gospel to be heard. FEBC has been reaching into these places through online Bible #courses, equipping local people to share the message of hope with their neighbours. As borders close and movement is restricted, access to discipleship training flourishes, growing the number of #believers from within these closed borders. Share the #gospel behind closed borders through the gift of Online Discipleship Training today. Visit www.febc.org.au/project-item/training-2/

09.01.2022 Praise God for the testimonies we are receiving from our listeners! I became a Christian not long ago and was always trying to be a good girl so that God loved me., Your recent message both shocked and inspired me. For the first time I realised that God loves me just as I am. He opened His arms to me before I know He existed! I was trying to earn His love. Thank you for the message of grace! I am growing as a Christian through your broadcasts.

05.01.2022 Imagine going into a local community half way around the world and shining #hope into the life of the children there; building their confidence and self-esteem. Well you don’t have to #imagine it, because your gift of a Child Protection Program does just that. But the effect you have will not stop there. It will flow through the face-to-face #programs that follow, educating and empowering the community; strengthening the relationship between #parent and child. A variety of community programs will also provide education around hygiene, life skills, budgeting and workshops for young people on starting a business. 02.01.2022 An inspiring testimony from an FEBC listener: Today I am very grateful to have the 'Way of Life’ program which has inspired many Yao people to receive Jesus Christ. Yes, today marks a great day to me since I have accepted Jesus in my life. I have been a Muslim since birth - I did not know who Jesus Christ is. However, after listening to the Way of Life broadcast many of us women trusted in Jesus Christ as our Saviour. Now we can see and follow the Way of Life through listening. Lastly, we should thank those who supported us with the resources like wind up radios and the Way of Life program; and we are asking that they continue doing so for the sake of many fellow Yao Muslims like myself to come to acknowledge Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour.
