24.01.2022 Chocolate in the beginning stages of being made its the start of something amazing. There is real science in making chocolate from bean to bar. There is something magical in turning a hard cacao bean in to smooth richness just by using our stone ground method of chocolate making.... One of my early chocolate memories was reading the lion the witch and the wardrobe and the child with the overwhelming craving for Turkish delight. I knew exactly what it meant to have that craving the rose flavoured treat, for me was also wrapped in milk chocolate. 02.01.2022 Did you know that the chocolate frog was probably originally an Australian invention. Originally the idea was for a chocolate to be in the shape of a mouse (maybe due to the newly created Mickey mouse character), but a young worker by the name of Harry Melbourne suggested a frog may be more likeable as woman and children were afraid of mice... yes it was the 1930s.
