That moment of conceiving an idea, to making the product and then the testing, The tasting, the look of joy in people's eyes as they taste and experience as well. Today its been about Australian macadamia nuts, honey roasted full of flavour and the coated in Peruvian dark chocolate. 20.01.2022 We continue to be grateful and appreciative for those small businesses that work to bring our amazing chocolate to their customers. How amazing is this, Planet Cocoa, who creates delicious mouthwatering chocolates, now doing so using our Peruvian bean to bar chocolate which we make in Hobart Tasmania. We source the cacao from small community farms in Peru. The cacao is organically grown, in ethically and sustainably grown.... Once the cacao arrives at Victoria street Hobart we sort the beans, lightly roast them and then create cacao liquor through our stone ground technique we add Australian cane sugar and thats it. Helios brewing company use our organic Peruvian cacao nibs to create their Hades' Bitter Chocolate Stout "Don’t be afraid of the darkness of the underworld.
