24.01.2022 The Reeds - (From My Family to Yours) Just one of the amazing families who I have photographed from a distance this weekend. This beautiful, happy bunch specifically asked for a few extra photos because it had been a very long time since they had family photos taken and they wanted to make the most of having their entire family home together under the one roof...How darn gorgeous are they all!! ... {I am more than happy to do extra pics for anyone...there will be an added charge and I will also need a little notice so that I can make sure I allow enough time between sessions }

19.01.2022 Better late than never....I’m hoping and praying that you have all had a safe and blessed Christmas and New Year. I’ve been soaking up this special time with my favourite people! For me 2018 was a bit of a tough one, it was crazy busy as our family made a shift into new waters. I took on a lot more of the work at home and a drier season meant that my days were filled with feeding livestock and just keeping everything going (with the help of my little mates)! 2018 was messy,... imperfect and so challenging but it wasn’t without great moments shared with even greater people and for that I’m more than thankful! As a family our triumphs affirmed we were on the right track and our mistakes gave us insight ....and I like to think just a little more wisdom. We’ve learnt that many things cannot be controlled (the weather being just one) ....We learnt to embrace the good with the bad and altogether accept that what will be will be.. 2018 made us stronger, it made us capable, it made us less fearful and it made us value what is truly important. So thanks 2018 you weren’t the greatest, but you sure were one to remember!! Thanks to all of you beautiful people for continuing to follow, encourage and support my business you’re love is always appreciated!! Here’s to 2019 being a wonderful (and much wetter) year!! . . . 18.01.2022 Ok long post warning Many of you would remember the My Family to Yours Project that I ran last year. It was incredible to see so many of you beautiful people jump on board and through it we were able to bless over 150 families within our community! It was literally amazing!! Every year I try to find a way to use my small business to help people locally & this year is no different! I met the Rayner family several years ago when I shot Clinton and Kirsten’s Surprise weddi...ng and have been lucky to call them my friends ever since. I’m sure most of you would know their story and would be aware that little Braxton, Kirsten and Clinton’s son has a brain tumour that was once removed but has been slowly growing back. His Mum and Dad have made the heartbreaking decision to not do any further surgical treatment to try and remove anymore of the tumour as it is too risky and not in Braxton’s best interests. Ever since hearing their story I have wanted to do something for them that will bless them & possibly make their journey a little more bearable knowing that they have a whole community behind them So, I’ve finally come up with a bit of a plan... and seeing as this little guy has had a really rough run lately, I thought now is as good a time as any to try and do something for this amazing little, local family! So, I’m once again offering families an updated photo at your home for $50. I’ll come by and snap you and your loved ones, your mates, your work colleagues, your pets...whoever you’d like! Then I’ll send you a link to a private online gallery where you can download your images. Proceeds will be going to Braxton and his family and all photos popped into a beautiful keepsake album for Brax and his family to keep...You’ll even be able to write your own personalised message to him which will be printed along side your photo. So If you’d like to update your family photo for the year, but better still support this amazing little guy then please send me a message! 18.01.2022 Tomorrow two of the best people I know are getting married! I’m not sure my Mumma’s heart is entirely ready to see her walk down the aisle.... It’s one of those milestones you think is forever away, especially when you are knee deep in motherhood. And even though I’d selfishly wish I could have kept her little forever I’m so darn excited for her. (I’ll be out of the office until next week but will get back to any enquiries asap) x

13.01.2022 {The birth of Ezra was by far one of the most emotional journeys I have had the pleasure of documenting. This beautiful couple had long awaited becoming parents and in a room thick with love and full of anticipation they calmly welcomed their baby boy earth side. (I’m always very grateful to be able to share such intimate images with you all so thank you so much to this amazing family of three!) } Birth photography is an area I have been working really hard in over the last 1...8 months. I have found it to be by far the most unpredictable and challenging but at the same time the most rewarding ...and I always feel so blessed to be invited into such a sacred and intimate space. So I am so excited to be currently servicing all the Western Downs as well as Toowoomba in this area with a new website dedicated solely to birth photography launching soon!! See more

07.01.2022 Quaranteam!!!!! Massive shout out to my incredible friends, Brendo and Liv! When they heard my idea for the My family to Yours Project they were all in! They literally gave up hours and hours of their time this week to help me streamline and organise the whole project. Liv has spent hours driving around and on the phone speaking to local businesses to get the hampers together, while Brendo has taught himself how to make a slick form which I can send out to each of you so ...you can clearly state what/when and who you’d like to bless! They have even put their hands up to be my delivery crew every Thursday and I’m so glad that they are so passionate about helping our little town as much as they can! I have been totally inundated with messages and I love that!! I will get back to all of you and I will fit you all in at some stage over the next month or so, particularly while life is a little different! For me personally, I have been enjoying the time with family while still thinking how I can help my friends and clients feel connected. After much thought, prayer and conversations. Trev and I have come up with a plan. We want to ask you to jump on board the My Family to Yours Project Basically we want to bless as many people as we can throughout our wonderful Dalby community. We want y...ou to think about having a family photo taken to commemorate this very strange time in our lives. So I’ll come by with my big zoom lens and snap a photo of your family at your home (while keeping all social distance rules) The cost of the photo will be $50 and will be sent to you via an online gallery to keep forever. This $50 will then be used to bless another family who might be struggling due to a loss of income, being elderly or may be an essential worker on the front line. You can choose to nominate a family or we will find someone for you. We will be using other small local businesses to provide hampers and meals and are hoping to generate some income for lots of wonderful Dalby businesses.
