19.01.2022 Wonder Jane! Here's Jane Jenkinson from @wholefoodfamily. Jane is a super passionate foodie and avid fermentationist teaching hands on workshops about the art of fermentation. While Jane had been fermenting for years from a cooking/taste perspective it wasn't until 7 years ago when her family needed to really focus on gut healing that fermentation started to take centre stage. Since then Jane has been focused on studying, researching, reading and experimenting with foods that... have the ability to heal, sooth, restore, rebuild and nourish her growing family. She passes this knowledge on in her intimate workshops which are hands on and interactive. Currently writing 2 cookbooks, running multiple workshops and raising 3 healthy boys. Jane is loving spreading the word about good bacteria, gut health, the microbiome and wholefoods. Keen to get into the conversations tomorrow

07.01.2022 Cooler weather calls for a subtle shift in meals. Large steaming pots of soup, teamed up with crusty slabs of Baked Uprising sourdough to dunk in. This Broccoli and Potato soup will take you about 5 minutes of prep time and about 20 minutes to cook. Healthy. Easy. Budget friendly. Can't get much more convenient than that!
