21.01.2022 Picked up a box of organic fruit and veg from AG Organic yesterday. And in the box was a bunch of basil. So made some pesto with it as I had everything at home for it. I also got some spaghetti squash always wanted to try them . Has anyone tried spaghetti squash?
20.01.2022 For dinner we had coffee-rub beef with fennel salad on wrap. I wasn't sure how the kids would like the salad but the kids did not complain and Max even had seconds. And since Zach is off for work we have leftovers for dinner tomorrow. A win all around
20.01.2022 Tonight I made 2 dinners (1 for tonight and 1 for tomorrow) as I have to pick Zach up from the airport. So Eloise and Alice choose pumpkin risotto with bacon and Max and I choose pumpkin soup.
19.01.2022 This morning I marinated my chicken for tonight. And for dinner we had the sticky chicken from 28 by Sam Wood served with rice and spaghetti squash. The chicken was so yummy will definitely make again.

10.01.2022 Made the champignons croustade (mushroom pie), I added some leftover meat, and a packet of spinach at the end and served with roasted tomatoes. The kids did not like it but I loved it Now I need to find another to serve the leftovers tomorrow. Any ideas

06.01.2022 We made some almond butter to have as a snack today. So yummy and creamy and also cheaper. Bought Coles brand is $7.00 for 250g. It cost me $8.60 to make about 420g and took just under 10 mins.

05.01.2022 This morning Elo helped me make some butter then we got the pasta and white sauce ready for dinner. Had some meat sauce in the freezer that I defrosted and used it to make a pastitso. Grated some cheese and had it ready to heat for dinner as I had a busy afternoon.
