21.01.2022 A huge call out to the community. As our major suppliers of dry and pantry goods are closed till next week we need help. If you are cleaning out your pantry or could do a shop for us we are looking for ANY dry goods or pantry items. ... We don't have a wish list but think about it two ways... What you would like to receive in a crate if you were needing help to feed your self and your kids? And Can a professional chef use it to cook a meal? This covers everything from the back of the cupboard spices and the tinned soup you'll never use. Our crate is going to be permanently outside the roller door so our gates are open daily from 7 am to 7 pm for anyone to drop anything to us that could help. Thank you. The Feed Me family!

Especially on Sunday when we know you have already ordered, prepped and received all your stock. If there is ANYTHING that you can't save, store or use and you see yourself needing to throw it out please think of us.... We can save it, we can cook it, we can send it out to vulnerable families. 13.01.2022 15 weeks ago we posted about just clocking our 100,000th chef made waste food meal out the door... Today....we just clocked over 179,000... 179,000.... 15 weeks later........ One main chef. One 12 tray commercial oven. 4 burner commercial stove. Dozens of volunteers that cut, peel, prep and cook 7 days a week. 02.01.2022 Food relief... And FOOD RESCUE! ... Easter Sunday meant bread rescue! As we can not possibly move this much bread tomorrow by ourselves while normally shut we are opening our MARKET ONLY from 10- 2pm. Please grab bread, rolls, crumpets, scones... anything you can as our pigs and cattle at the farm can only have so much if we can't spread this throughout the community first. Freeze it and never run out of bread again!

01.01.2022 Feed Me is asking for help... We sit here mapping out the next week and well..by mapping, means trying to stay on top of everything, reaching out to the volunteers that have taken on so much responsibility and also make a loose plan for the manic weeks that follow every Sunday night since the start of the year. By manic we mean MANIC... We can only plan so far ahead as every single day something new happens, some change needs to happen, we need to pivot in some way. It can be stressful and overwhelming but also every day we end it thinking how amazing it is that we get to do what we do. Our deliveries are up day by day. Our phone is ringing more and more. Our emails are flooded with requests for help but also thanks for what we do. We need some help We need your help so we can keep helping your friends, family and neighbours. Help us cook for 10 hours a day, set up our other two kitchens, buy containers to pack food, keep the lights on... Any donation will help and all doantions are tax deductible. Every doner over $50.00 will also be personally invited to an incredible wasted dinner night that we will be holding in 2021 to celebrate the relaxing of COVID and the incredible work that has been done by all of us.
