18.01.2022 If you are following a dairy free diet, make sure you choose milk and yoghurt alternatives that have added calcium. Many dairy free yoghurts are not a source of calcium. It can be hard to find a good yoghurt alternative- this one not only contains calcium, but it tastes okay too!
