20.01.2022 The look of a woman who has just completed a mammoth task. There’s still time to enjoy what’s left of the weekend too! #keeppushing #geterdone #suckyjobsundays #nutritionistmelbourne

17.01.2022 It’s over... The holiday break that is. And rather than lamenting the end along with all the things on my list I intended to do, I spent some time sitting in the sun, reflecting on the year past and the slow nature of my break, where I really just rolled with things from day to day. And while I could let feelings if guilt creep in, I won’t. Because sometimes (probably most in fact), we’re right where we need to be. And damn, did I need to slow down. . It took me two weeks t...o unwind and begin to feel like I was on a break! So rather than get caught up in the frenzy of the season, I reconnected with mother nature, my little veggie patch, my little family. And it felt good. It felt good to let go of the expectations, the shoulds and just be. To look ahead at the possibilities of the coming year, but not feel rushed to plan it all out. . So this year, rather than making resolutions (which I don’t normally subscribe to) or SMART goals (which I normally encourage), I decided to set intentions. That way no matter what the year ahead throws at me, I can make choices and decisions that align with those intentions. . If you had a break this holiday season, what did it bring up for you? Has it given you perspective on what you’d like the new year ahead to look like? Have you set goals, intentions, made resolutions? And if you have, please share some strategies you’ll use in the coming months to move you forward. #2021 #intentionalliving #feedyourbodywell #thenourishspace #nourishyourself #slowdownwhenyouneedto See more

17.01.2022 Jewels of the garden! Homegrown raspberries taste like no other.

15.01.2022 These days are one of my most anxious days. I don’t know why exactly...the shearer is fabulous. I know the alpacas will appreciate the lightened load as the days grow warm. And yet, their initial distress affects me greatly. Some years I’m able to meditate it away but today is different. Perhaps a culmination of this crazy year and unrest to the start of 2021. So I’m sitting out because I also don’t want my anxiety to affect the furries. A good reminder to continue to practice self care. Today is all about nourishmentbody, mind and soul. Remember to go gently on yourself when you’re feeling vulnerable. It’s not a weakness, but an act of love... #nourishyourself #feedyourbodywell #selflove

15.01.2022 Some days I’ve gotten to the end of a busy day and realised I’m waaayy down on my water intake. As in 0. If I’ve had coffee on one of those days, I’m doubly dehydrated. I keep this 800mL bottle on my desk to remind me to drink and shoot for a minimum of 2 bottles. Sometimes I make it through 3. It’s a great way reminder to ensure hydration needs are met. For some, an app with a reminder alarm is the way to go. What works for you? Just rememberif you’re thirsty, you’re already dehydrated! #waterislife #hydration #healthyinsides #bestwrinkleremedy

14.01.2022 Merry Christmas! Nothing says festive decadence like a little @fourpillarsgin Bloody Shiraz Caviar before Christmas dinner!

13.01.2022 Dear followers, if you see a message from me with the handle of feedyourbodywell1 and my picture, it’s not me. I was alerted to an imposter account sending messages asking my followers for their phone numbers. Please block and delete. And if anyone has any tips on how to deal with it, please let me know! #hackjob #2020usuck

10.01.2022 Carrots with character. This is the most luck I’ve had in growing almost normal carrots! Such a journey building soil that’s healthy enough to sustain life other than slaters and millipedes. I’m looking forward to using my own compost, which I began a couple of months ago. Gardening takes patience and perseverance but also fosters a greater appreciation for the little wins! #homegrown #organicgardening #littlewinsarestillwins #patiencechallenge #feedyourbodywell #nourishnut

06.01.2022 The home stretch. Sunday case prep for the final clinic day of 2020. What. A. Year. Highs, lows, tears, glimmers of hope as well as inspiration. I won’t lie...I am exhausted. But I am also incredibly grateful. A massive thank you to all my incredible clients this year. Thank you for your trust, perseverance and for really showing up for yourselves. May you go into the festive season with health, happiness and a sense of peace. I look forward to seeing you again from 11 January 2021. #feedyourbodywell #nourishyourself #thenourishnut #compassion #bekindtoyourselfandothers

03.01.2022 Sedentary Saturday...sometimes weekends don’t go as planned and you find yourself in front of the screen yet again. What do I do besides suck it up? Think about all the things I’m learning in the process! Some new tech learnings, a bit more patience and the reminder I must do some stretching! #entrepreneurlife #selfemployed #whatareweekendsanyway
