25.01.2022 The power of meditation has been known for sometime. There are so many different styles of meditation that it’s important to find what works for you. I’ve been meditating for over 5 years now and love the work of Dr Joe Dispenza but I’ve also been drawn to Transcendental Meditation and was very grateful to have been gifted this book by a recent client. Meditation for me helps me stay present, calm, and focus on what I want to attract into my life. Meditation is a life long journey of practice. To transform your life you need to start with your thoughts, then be willing to change them where need be. Meditation is the vessel to do just that.
